This organically grown rosé is a wine full of freshness and fruit, composed of Merlot, Grenache and Syrah, it will be the ideal wine for an aperitif between friends under our heavy Provence sun, tasted well fresh, you will appreciate it with all your meals.
It is a wine with a rose petal colour, you will surely be seduced by its red fruit and citrus aromas. You will also be surprised by its frank attack, but once in mouth the aromas will take fullness and leave you a beautiful length with a mixture of freshness and fresh fruits, crunchy as you wish!
As stated, it is a wine for all your meals, it can perfectly match with fish, grilled meat or fine lamb chops. This IGP is the entry-level wine of the Domaine des Jardinettes, a wine estate located in Villelaure, near Pertuis, in the Luberon regional park, where they also produce AOP Luberon.
It's a family organic estate of 30 hectares managed by Mr. Mary and his wife, who took over the estate in 2015, their goal since the beginning is to make great wines but also to keep a healthy land for their children.
Arnaud Mary has given a new lease of life to this estate thanks to his strong experience in several wine estates in Provence, Rhone Valley and Luberon.
Its location on the southernmost part of the Luberon offers an exceptional terroir, between the Rhone Valley and the foothills of the Alps. All the vines are on the southern slopes and on the plain.
When I went to the domain, I saw in Mr Mary a passionate winegrower, full of ideas, and carrying a responsibility, to work his vineyard and his lands in the best way possible, respecting nature and the environment.
He manages everything from A to Z, so for him our collaboration was necessary to try to develop his sales. I hope you will be tempted by his wines; they are beautifully worked.
