Château D’hugues – A pinch of spice
This I.G.P Vaucluse (Protected Geographical Indication) wine is a subtle blend of Merlot and Grenache. The Grenache brings a nice red fruit, while the Merlot brings the particular touch of spices, hence the name given to it.
Domaine Julien Delhomme – Cuvée Louis H.
This wine is one of the first wines elaborated by Julien Delhomme, the producer and owner of the domain. It is a typical wine of the Vacqueyras appellation, made of Grenache and Mourvèdre, a structured wine with a greedy and spicy aroma. It should be opened about 2 hours before drinking.
DOMAINE FABIEN CASTAING - CHÂTEAU LES MAILLERIES - BERGERAC RED
This organic wine is composed of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes. This wine is typical of the Bergerac region and offers an intense nose with notes of black fruits and spices. Its fermentation in stainless steel vats and a long rest in vats make it a greedy and aromatic wine.
DOMAINE VALLIS PETRA - CUVÉE SYMBIOSE
This organic wine is composed of Grenache (50%), Syrah (25%) and Mourvèdre (25%) grapes. The particularity of this red wine is that it is vinified in the "old way" as the winegrowers say, that is to say that there is no blending, the 3 grape varieties are vinified at the same time. This gives in mouth the spice of pepper, the smoothness of the fruit and the frank tannins.
